This section is dedicated to issues concerning corporate governace in general, and the governance of listed companies. Particular emphasis is given to he Commission's Company Law Action Plan including transparency and corporate governance reporting. Issues linked with the governance of funds and investment management companies are dealt with under the section 'Integrity'.
