Mathilda joined EFAMA in June 2021. She focuses on the integration of ESG considerations into asset managers’ investment decisions by covering the sustainable finance and stewardship agenda. Her work covers SFDR, CSRD, sustainability reporting standards, and sustainable corporate governance.
Prior to joining EFAMA, Mathilda was working at the Investment Association as the European Affairs Adviser, covering topics ranging from the CMU, AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID and sustainable finance. Her prior financial services experience includes working at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Financial Services (DG FISMA) and the Association for British Insurers (ABI). Mathilda developed a strong understanding of the European political priorities for financial services and the practical challenges for the investment management industry linked to the European Green Deal.
Mathilda holds a Bachelor (Hons) in European Politics from King’s College London and Sciences-Po Paris and an MSc in Economics from the College of Europe. She is fluent in both French and English.
