Savvas joined EFAMA in May 2026. Prior to EFAMA he worked as an economist on various policy topics, such as macroeconomic and fiscal policy, as well as financial stability, at both the national and European level. Savvas holds a master’s degree in finance and economics from Warwick Business School and has a bachelor’s in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Cyprus.
