Our Board

Board room

The Board of directors is the body in charge of steering and supervising the activities of the association and, notably, to approve the associations’ strategy and priorities. It is accountable to the General Assembly.  Board members are elected for a 2-year term. When consensus cannot be reached, the issue is put to the vote. Each Board member has one vote; decisions are made by a simple majority of the votes cast.

The Board consists of the Presidency, representatives of the National Associations and representatives of the corporate members.
