EFAMA and EuroCTP (provider of the European consolidated tape for equities and ETFs) will host an online discussion on Thursday, 9 July at 11:00–12:00 CET exploring the consolidated tape (which is due to launch later this year), its role within today's market data landscape, and market perspectives on adoption and implementation.
During the session, Veronica Taylor, Head of Sales at EuroCTP, will discuss the market challenge, the regulatory context, data fragmentation across the EU, and EuroCTP's mandate. She will also provide an overview of the service, including its scope, licensing model, and distribution channels. The discussion will also examine how the consolidated tape fits within today's market data landscape and where it adds value across execution, portfolio, and research workflows.
The presentation will be followed by a fireside chat with Susan Yavari, Deputy Director, Capital Markets and Digital at EFAMA, and a Q&A session on market perspectives, adoption, implementation considerations, and where participants see the most significant opportunities for the consolidated tape.
The event will be free of charge and open to the public and the media.
