Andreas joined EFAMA in July 2013 and currently coordinates the association's advocacy efforts regarding pensions, distribution & client disclosures, and stewardship & ESG.

An experienced Senior EU Policy Advisor, Andreas has nearly 15 years of successful experience working with European industry associations in Brussels, where he has cultivated an established network within EU institutions. He combines a strong background in the fund industry with proficiency in political communication and public affairs.

Originally from Austria, Andreas is a recognised expert in investor protection and fund distribution issues and serves on ESMA's Consultative Working Group for the Investor Protection Standing Committee.
