Carmine joined EFAMA in March 2026. He is a Regulatory Policy Advisor with the EFAMA Regulatory Policy Team and is responsible for the work of the Fund Regulation Standing Committee and the Benchmark and Securitisation Taskforces.

Prior to joining EFAMA, he worked as Regulatory Advisor at Arendt Regulatory and Consulting where he gained competencies in UCITS and AIFMD, and as a Policy and Supervision Trainee at ESMA within the Conduct Supervision and Convergence Department.

Carmine holds a master’s degree in economics and finance with a particular focus on financial and banking regulation. He speaks fluent Italian and English and can carry a conversation in French.
