Hailin joined EFAMA in April 2018. She is currently on maternity leave until November 2021. She works extensively with internal and external databases (such as Morningstar and ECB statistical data warehouse) and produces thorough statistical releases on the trends in the European and international investment fund industry. Hailin has proficient knowledge of fund sectors, statistics, data manipulation and visualization and analytical tools for the effective analysis of data.

She is fluent in Chinese and English.
